Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
Draft — pending legal review
1.Scope
This policy covers subscription fees charged by BindPages. It does not govern sales you make to your own customers — those are addressed in the Terms of Service.
2.Month-to-Month Billing
All BindPages paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. There is no annual lock-in. You may cancel or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.
3.Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time — no email required, no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data (recipes, ebooks, templates) is retained for 90 days before deletion so you can export or reactivate.
- Credit balances (pay-as-you-go top-ups) are non-transferable and expire upon permanent account deletion.
4.Refunds
All subscription charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, your plan remains active and you retain full access through the end of your current billing period. No charges are made after that date, but we do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining in a paid period.
We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate BindPages before upgrading, and to cancel before your next renewal date if the Service no longer meets your needs.
5.Credit Top-Ups
Pay-as-you-go credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where credits were not delivered due to a technical error on our part. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe credits were not properly credited to your account.
6.Exceptions
We will issue a full refund at our discretion in cases of: duplicate charges, billing errors, or service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing period. To request an exception, email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue.
