Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BindPages (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BindPages is operated by [COMPANY NAME] ("[JURISDICTION]").

BindPages is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you:

• Connect your own AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, etc.) to power content generation.
• Submit source URLs you specify for recipe discovery and scraping.
• Generate PDF recipe ebooks from the resulting content using our templates.
• Optionally sell those ebooks to your own customers via Stripe-powered checkout pages we host on your behalf.

BindPages provides tooling only. We are not a content publisher, a recipe database, or a party to any sale between you and your end customers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scrape, store, rewrite, and commercially exploit any content from source URLs you submit to the Service. BindPages does not review or vet the content sources you provide, does not hold a license to that content on your behalf, and makes no representation that use of any particular source URL is lawful.

You agree not to use the Service to scrape or reproduce content in violation of any applicable copyright, database right, robots.txt directive, or website terms of service. AI-rewritten output does not automatically confer originality or eliminate copyright concerns — you assume that risk entirely.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BindPages, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) content you scrape, generate, or sell through the Service; (b) your violation of any third party's intellectual property or other rights; or (c) your breach of these Terms.

BindPages offers the following tiers:

• Free — limited credits and features, no payment required.
• Pro — monthly subscription billed via Stripe, access to all core features.
• Agency — higher credit limits and multi-project features, monthly subscription.

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and a human individual or a duly authorized representative of a legal entity to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

The Service allows you to supply your own API keys for third-party AI providers. By submitting a key you authorize BindPages to make API requests on your behalf using that key, solely to fulfill operations you initiate. You are responsible for your usage, any costs charged by those providers, and compliance with their terms of service. BindPages does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or content safety of third-party AI outputs.

Your content. Subject to Section 3, you retain ownership of the ebooks and other outputs you generate through the Service. By using the Service you grant BindPages a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

Our platform. BindPages and its underlying software, templates, and trade dress remain the exclusive property of [COMPANY NAME]. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

If you use BindPages to sell ebooks to end customers, you acknowledge that:

• You are the seller of record. BindPages is not a party to those transactions.
• Stripe processes payments as the payment processor; their terms govern the transaction.
• You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, or obligations arising from your sales.
• You must have your own refund and customer-service policy for your buyers.
• BindPages assumes no liability for disputes between you and your customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BindPages and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) content you generate or publish; (c) AI output accuracy or fitness for any purpose; or (d) any unauthorized access to your account.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BindPages in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [JURISDICTION].
